I wanted to give you all a heads up about some changes we're making to Falcon's rejoin feature. We've been listening to your feedback and working hard to improve things, and part of that involves tweaking how Falcon's rejoin functions.
The rejoin feature requires storing data for a long period, which brings scalability issues as Falcon grows for current implementation of this feature. Therefore, starting next week i.e from 23rd March 2024, we'll be implementing a 7-day data retention policy. This means new user data will automatically disappear after 7 days, that means the bot can only trace rejoin within the 7 days time frame rather than lifetime. To implement this, we'll need to clear the database.
But here's the kicker: If you're a Premium User or simply prefer uninterrupted service, you can have this data exported to the premium bot. This policy doesn't apply to the premium bot. Want to learn more about our premium perks? Check out our premium page.
